Helicopter and truck-supported sample collection was carried out during the summer of 1987 in southern New Brunswick.  Lake sediment and water samples were collected at an average density of one sample per 5 km2 throughout the 4,300 km2 survey area.  Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples.  The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 1638.

This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
