Northwestern Ontario soils and till sampling surveys carried out in 2000
Project Description
A total of 242 soil, till and vegetation samples were collected at 8 sites in northwestern Ontario in 2000. The objective of the project was to sample surficial materials of known platinum group element (PGE) occurrences and assess how surficial geochemistry may be applied to PGE exploration. The data are published in Ontario Geological Survey Open File Report 6054.
