The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers part of NTS 117A/13 (Mount Sedgwick) and a very small part of 117A/14 (Babbage River; 1 sample) in northern Yukon.  The southern part of the study area is located approximately 4 km east of the confluence of Trail River and Gravel Creek and just east of Mount Sedgwick.  The Tulugaq River is located <5 km north of the northern part of the study area.

  • Covers part of NTS 105F (Quiet Lake) in southern Yukon.  The centre of the study area is located approximately 155 km northeast of Whitehorse and 166 km north of the Yukon-BC border.  Quiet Lake is located 24 km southwest of the southern part of the study area.

  • Covers part of NTS 117A/6 (Flask Lake) and 117A/7 (Mount Close) in northern Yukon.  The study area is bounded to the north by 68.5°N latitude.  Flask Lake and Blow River are <10 km southwest of the study area.
