Survey Description
During the summer of 1980, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lamarck township, Quebec. The area covers 112 km2. A total of 62 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 1.8 km2. Samples were analyzed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Ag, Mn, Mo, Ba, Cd, Li (atomic absorption), U (paper chromatography) and loss on ignition.
The data are published in Open File MB 85-46, Department of Energy and Resources, 1985.

Covers NTS 32G/14 (Lac des Orignaux). The eastern half of Lamarck township is located in the Nord-du-Québec region. It includes Ruisseau Travailleur-Nord and Ruisseau Déception. It is bounded by latitudes 49°52'26" and 50° and longitudes 75°08'20" and 75°15'.
