Survey Description
In 1979, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Clairy (N-O) and 1222 (N-E) townships, Quebec. The area covers 120 km2. A total of 43 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 2.8 km2. These samples were analysed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Mn, Mo, Ag, Li, U.
The data are published in Open File DPV-756, Department of Energy and Resources, 1980.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers NTS 32J/10 (Lac Regnault). The northwest quarter of the Clairy township and the northeast quarter of the 1222 township region are situated in the Nord-du-Québec area. It includes Lac Cuvette and Lac Chatillon. It is bounded by latitudes 50°40'30" and 50°45' and longitudes 74°35' and 74°49'30".
