Survey Description

During the summers of 1972 and 1973, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Trécesson township, Quebec.  The area covers 256 km2.  A total of 42 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 7.1 km2.  These samples were analysed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Mn (HNO3/atomic absorption).

The data are published in geological report RG-194, Department of Energy and Resources, 1979.

This survey is part of a compilation of geochemical surveys published in DV 87-22.
