Survey Description
In 1978, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in Aiguebelle township, Quebec. The area covers 156 km2. A total of 31 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 5.0 km2. These samples were analysed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Mn, Mo, Ag, Sn (atomic absorption), U by paper chromatography and loss on ignition.
The data are published in Open File DPV-676, Department of Natural Resources, 1979.
This survey is part of a compilation of geochemical surveys published in DV 87-22.

Covers NTS 32D/7 (Clericy). The Aiguebelle township is located in the Rouyn-Noranda area. The township includes the Parc de conservation d'Aiguebelle. It is bounded by latitudes 48°26' and 48°30' and longitudes 78°39' and 78°45'.
