Stream sediment sampling survey, NTS 32J/1, east part of Richardson township, Quebec, 1976.

In 1976, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the east part of Richardson township, Quebec. The area covers 130 km2. A total of 65 samples were collected at intervals of 120 meters. Samples were analysed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Ag, Sb, Sn, Mo, Li, Hg, As, Ba and U.
The data are published in Open File DP-447, Department of Natural Resources, 1977. In 1978, a compilation was also published in Open File DP-571.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:
Covers NTS 32J/1 (Lac Waconichi). The eastern half of Richardson township is located in the Nord-du-Québec area. It is situated northwest and southeast of Lac Waconichi and the center is 32 km north of Chibougamau. It is bounded by latitudes 50°01' and 51°10' and longitudes 74°01' and 74°08'.
