Survey Description


In 1971, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Mont-Joli area, Quebec.  The area covers 300 km2. A total of 99 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 3.0 km2 and analysed for:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers part of NTS 22C/9 (Mont-Joli). The Mont-Joli region is located in Rimouski, Matapedia and Matane counties. It is bounded by latitudes 48°30' and 48°39'30" and longitudes 68° and 68°23'.
