Survey Description
In 1975, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Forbes and Lac Sénat area, Quebec. The area covers 1700 km2. A total of 156 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 10.9 km2 and analysed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Mn, U, Mo, Ag and Sn.
The data are published in Open File DPV-449, Department of Natural Resources, 1977.

Covers NTS 24F/3 (Lac La Lande), /4 (Lac Drumlin) and 24C/11 (Chute aux Schistes), /12 (Québec), /13 (Lac Methuselah), /14 (Lac de la Moraine). The Lac Forbes and Lac Sénat region is located in the Labrador Trough, Nord-du-Québec area. It is bounded by latitudes 56°35' and 57°15' and longitudes 69°15' and 70°.
