In 1973, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Scott township region, Quebec. The area covers 150 km2. A total of 142 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per km2 and analysed for:

Covers part of NTS 32G/9 (Lac Boisvert). The south part of Scott township is located in the Nord-du-Québec area. It is bounded by latitudes 49°44' and 49°48'15" and longitudes 74°28' and 74°41'30".
