Survey Description


In 1972, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Salamandre region, Quebec.  The area covers 1000 km2.  A total of 143 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 7 km2 and analysed for:

  • Covers part of NTS 32K/10 (Lac Salamandre). The Lac Salamandre region is located in Abitibi area. It is bounded by latitudes 50°30' and 50°45' and longitudes 76°30' and 77°.
