Survey Description


In 1969-1970, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Villebon township region, Quebec.  The area covers 400 km2.  A total of 102 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 3.9 km2.  Samples 36 to 67 were analysed by the following techniques:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers part of NTS 31N/14 (Lac Marrias). The Villebon township is bounded by latitudes 47°51' and 47°59' and longitudes 77°09' and 77°22'.
