Survey Description
In 1971, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Maricourt region, Quebec. The area covers 1500 km2. A total of 260 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 5.8 km2 and analysed for:

Covers NTS 32C/9 (Lac Achepabanca), /16 (Lac Wetetnagami). The Lac Maricourt area is bounded by latitudes 48°30' and 48°52' and longitudes 76° and 76°30'. It includes Lac Achepabanca, Lac Saint-Père and Rivière Wétetnagami.
