Survey Description
In 1974, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted at the confluence of Assinica and Broadback rivers, Quebec. The area covers 1800 km2. A total of 262 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 6.9 km2 and analysed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Ag, Bi, Sb, Sn, U, Mo and Mn.
The data are published in Open File DP-293, Department of Natural Resources, 1975.

Covers NTS 32J/12 (Ruisseau Lucky Strike), /13 (Lac Ginguet). This survey is situated in the Abitibi Territory, except the north-east corner which is part of the Mistassini Territory. It is bounded by latitudes 50°30' and 51° and longitudes 75°30' and 76°.
