Survey Description


In 1970, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Sayabec region, Quebec.  The area covers 600 km2.  A total of 64 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 9.4 km2 and analysed for:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers NTS 22B/5 (Lac-Humqui), /12 (Sayabec). The Sayabec area is bounded by latitudes 48°25' and 48°35' and longitudes 67°30' and 68°. It includes Sayabec village.
