Survey Description

In July 2006, a high-density lake sediment and water survey was carried out in the north Swayze area (Foleyet and Kenogaming Lake map sheets), northeastern Ontario.

Lake sediment and/or water samples were collected at 750 sites, for an average density of 1 sample per 2.8 km 2.

The data are published in Ontario Geological Survey Open File Report OFR6214 and Miscellaneous Release-Data, MRD225.

The data are also part of a compilation database, Lake Geochemistry of Ontario – 2019.
