Survey Description
In 1971, stream and spring sediments were collected in the Woodstock, Millville and Burtts Corner map sheets in west central New Brunswick. The -80 mesh fraction was analysed for uranium by Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd using delayed neutron activation. No information was provided for other analyses.
The data are presented on a series of New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources map plates:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers the east half of NTS 21J/4 (Woodstock), most of 21J/3 (Millville) and the west half of 21J/2 (Burtts Corner) in west-central New Brunswick. It is bounded to the west by the Maine-New Brunswick border. The Saint John River runs north-south through the western part of the study area.
