Survey Description

In 1973, stream and spring sediments were collected in the Hayesville area of central New Brunswick.  The -80 mesh fraction of the samples was analysed by atomic absorption by the Mineral Resources Branch of New Brunswick DNR using a hot nitric acid digestion.

In 1987, samples weighing >15 g were analysed for As, Sb, Ba, Au by Chemex Labs Ltd. using AAS.

The data are presented on a series of New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources map plates: MP 76-77a to h and MP 76-78a to h.
