Survey Description

In 2013, till and lake sediment and water samples were collected in the Interior Plateau region of central British Columbia as part of the TREK (Targeting Resources for Exploration and Knowledge) project.:

Sample Type Number of Samples Details
till 683 2-3 kg (geochemistry)
till 336 10-12 kg (heavy minerals and gold grains)
stones 683 50 stones/sample (lithological studies)
lake sediment and water 280 samples from 264 lakes dried samples milled to <0.0177 mm (geochemistry)

The data are published in Geoscience BC Report 2014-10.
