Survey Description
Stream sediment and water samples were collected at 422 sites in northeastern New Brunswick in the summer of 2002. Sample sites were distributed over a 1,045 km2 survey area at an average of one sample per 2.5 km2. Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples. The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 1831/New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources Open File Report 2003-18.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
