Survey Description

Helicopter and truck-supported stream sediment and water sampling were carried out in east central British Columbia during the summer of 1984.  Samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 13 km2 throughout the 14 760 km2 survey area.  Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples.  The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 1107 and British Columbia Geological Survey Regional Geochemical Survey RGS 12.  The data were republished in GSC Open Files 1214/BC RGS 13 (93G) and 1215/BC RGS 14 (93H).

This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
