Survey Description
In 1976, lake sediment and waters were collected in the Nueltin Lake area, southern Nunavut. The data are published in GSC Open File 415.
In 2011, samples collected at 2,526 sites in 1976 from map sheets 65A (OF 413), B (OF 414) and C (OF 415) were reanalysed by ICP-ES/MS and INAA and the data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 6986 along with the original data from OFs 413, 414 and 415.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
