Survey Description
In 1975, lake sediments were collected in the Kasmere Lake area, northern Manitoba. The data are published in GSC Open File 322.
After sampling for the regional survey was completed, an additional 148 sites were sampled in the SE corner of the mapsheet. These samples were analysed, but the data were not published in OF 322.
In 2010, a subset of the samples was reanalysed by ICP-ES/MS and published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 7309/Manitoba Geological Survey Open File 2013-2, along with the original data from OF 322.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
