Survey Description
During the summer of 1984, a soil sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Colombet area, Quebec. The area covers 2 km2. A total of 230 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 0.009 km2. Samples were analyzed for Ag, Al, B, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Eu, Fe, K, La, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Sc, Sm, Sr, Th, Ti, V, Y, Zn (ICP-ES), U (fluorimetry) and loss on ignition.
The data are published in Open File MB 87-47, Department of Energy and Resources, 1988.
