Survey Description
During the summer of 1983, a soil sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Dunphy area, Quebec. The area covers 4.7 km2. A total of 1079 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 0.004 km2. Samples were analyzed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Mn, Ag, Fe, Bi, Mo, Sn (atomic absorption), U (fluorimetry) and loss on ignition.
The data are published in Open File MB 85-71, Department of Energy and Resources, 1986.
