Survey Description


Between 1967 and 1970, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Disraeli area, Quebec .  The area covers 900 km2. A total of 387 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 2.3 km2 and analysed for:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers part of NTS 21L/3 (Thetford Mines) and 21E/14 (Disraeli). The Disraeli region includes Lac Saint-François, Thetford and Thetford west in the Estrie area. It is bounded by latitudes 45°45' and 46°08' and longitudes 71°15' and 71°30'.
