Survey Description


In 1972, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Sairs region, Quebec.  The area covers 130 km2.  A total of 40 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 3.2 km2 and analysed for:

atomic absorption (AAS)

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers part of NTS 31L/16 (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire). The Lac Sairs region in located in the Témiscaming county. It is bounded by latitudes 46°45' and 46°52' and longitudes 78°20' and 78°30'.
