Survey Description


In 1963, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Regnault area, Quebec.  The area covers 750 km2.  A total of 166 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 4.5 km2 and analysed for:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers parts of NTS 32J/10 (Lac Regnault), /15 (Lac Troilus). The Lac Regnault area is bounded by latitudes 50°30' and 50°54' and longitudes 74°45' and 75°. It is situated just under 200 miles from Baie James and 300 miles from Quebec City.
