Survey Description


In 1968-1969, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Naococane area, Quebec.  The area covers 3800 km2.  A total of 716 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 5.3 km2 and analysed for:

  • Covers NTS 23D/4 (Lac Laparre), /5 (Lac Fromont).  The Lac Naococane area is bounded by latitudes 52° and 52°30' and longitudes 71°30' and 72°.
