Survey Description
In 1971, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Ogascanane and Lac Sairs area, Quebec. The area covers 2200 km2. A total of 165 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 13.3 km2 and analysed for Cu, Zn, Pb, Co, Ni, Ag, Mn, U, Sb.
The data are published in preliminary report RP-606, Department of Natural Resources, 1973.

Covers NTS 31L/16 (Lac Sairs) and 31M/1 (Lac Ogascanane). The Lac Ogascanane and Lac Sairs area is bounded by latitudes 46°45' and 47°15' and longitudes 78° and 78°30'. Its center is situated 56 miles southeast of Belleterre.
