Stream sediment sampling survey, NTS 31K/12, 13 and 31N/4, Lac Dumoine area, Temiscamingue and Pontiac counties, Quebec, 1970.

In 1970, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Dumoine area, Quebec. The area covers 3000 km2. A total of 209 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 4.3 km2 and analysed for Cu, Zn, Pb, Co, Ni, Ag, Mn, Mo, U, Sb and Sn.
The data are published in preliminary report RP-604, Department of Natural Resources, 1972.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:
Covers NTS 31K/12 (Lac Russell), /13 (Lac Dumoine) and 31N/4 (Lac Antiquois). The Lac Dumoine area is bounded by latitudes 46o30' and 47o30' and longitudes 77o30' and 78o. Its center is located 64 miles east of Témiscamingue. It straddles the Témiscamingue and Pontiac county line.
