Survey Description
In 1964, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the half east of Gaboury county, Temiscaming, Quebec. The area covers 90 km2. A total of 37 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 37 km2 and analysed for Cu, Zn, Pb, Mo.
The data are published in preliminary report RP-554, Department of Natural Resources, Quebec, 1966. This survey is part of a compilation of geochemical surveys published in DV 87-22.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers part of NTS 31M/7 (Belleterre). Gaboury township is located approximately 35 km east of Lac Témiscamingue. The eastern half of the township comprises an area of about 35 km2. The village of Latulipe is located approximately 13 km northwest of the centre of the study area.
