Survey Description


In 1970, a geochemical survey was conducted in the Lac Kipawa area, Temiscaming, Quebec.  The area covers 5000 km2.  A total of 90 stream sediment samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 55.5 km2 and analysed for:

  • Covers NTS 31L/10 (Lac Beauchene), /11 (Témiscaming), /14 (Ruisseau Ottertail), /15 (Lac Grindstone), /16 (Lac Sairs) and 31M/2 (Lac Ostaboningue), /3 (Fabre), /6 (Ville-Marie) and 7 (Belleterre).
