Survey Description


Approximately 343 sediment samples (mostly till) were collected between 1991 and 1994 in the McAdam area of southwest New Brunswick.  The data are published in New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources and Energy Open File Report 95-5.  The data were released digitally in Open File 2002-8.

Quantities Analysed:

<0.063 mm fraction by ICP-AES for 7 elements, by INAA for 28 elements, by CV-AAS for Hg, and by fusion for Sn.

Geochem Maps Available:

Contoured maps show element dispersal.
