Survey Description
Stream sediment and water samples were collected at a reconnaissance-scale during the summer of 1992 in the Yakutat and Tatshenshini River map sheets, British Columbia. A total of 890 sediment and 873 water samples were collected from 839 sites. The data are published in British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines GeoFile 2006-4.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.

Covers parts of NTS 114 O (Yakutat) and 114 P (Tatshenshini River) in northwestern British Columbia. It is bounded to the north by Yukon Territory, to the south, east and west by Alaska.
