Survey Description


In 1994 and 1995, 90 till samples were collected on the Uduk Lake property on the Nechako Plateau in central British Columbia.  This survey was done in conjunction with surveys on the CH and Davidson-Blackwater properties.  The data are published in British Columbia Geological Survey Open File 1997-12.

Data Description:

Paper report with data listings.  Report can be downloaded.

Quantities Analysed:

<0.063 mm fraction by INAA for 35 elements; by ICP-ES for 30 elements.

Geochem Maps Available:

Hand-contoured element dispersal anomaly maps.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers a small part of NTS 93F/12 (Marilla), the Uduk Lake mineral properties on the Nechako Plateau in central British Columbia.  It is bounded to the northeast by Ootsa Lake/Nechako Reservoir.  The Windfall Hills lie in the southwest part of the study area.
