Survey Description


In 1994 and 1995, 41 till samples were collected on the Blackwater-Davidson property on the Nechako Plateau in central British Columbia.  This survey was done in conjunction with surveys on the CH and Uduk Lake properties.  The data are published in British Columbia Geological Survey Open File 1997-12.

Quantities Analysed:

<0.063 mm fraction by INAA for 35 elements; by ICP-ES for 30 elements.

Geochem Maps Available:

Hand-contoured dispersal anomaly maps.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

  • Covers most of the northwest part of NTS 93F/2 (Tsacha), the Blackwater-Davidson property on the Nechako Plateau in central British Columbia.  It is located approximately 15 km northwest of Kuyakuz Lake.  Davidson Creek runs northeast-southwest through the northern part of the area.
