Survey Description
In 2004, approximately 92 till samples were collected in the Darby Lake-Arrowsmith River map areas, central mainland Nunavut. Two in situ till sample splits (3 kg and 10 kg) were collected from frost boils at each site. Bedrock samples were also collected.
Kimberlite indicator mineral analyses were not conducted. However, the HMCs from the gold grain analysis and metamorphosed massive sulphide indicator mineral analysis (MMSIM) have been archived.
The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 5003.
