Bundle Description

Indicator mineral grains picked by I and M Morrison of Delta BC from Aylmer Lake (NTS 76C) samples collected in 1992 and 1993 were analysed by electron microprobe with the SILPYROX routine at the GSC to confirm their mineral identities.

These data are published in GSC Open File 3080.

The 0.25-0.5 mm fraction of the 1992 samples were analysed before the GARNET routine was developed, thus the 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm samples from GSC Open Files 3079 and 3080 use the SILPYROX and SPINEL routines for mineral identification.
