Survey Description
In 2010, till samples were collected in the southern part of Melville Peninsula, Nunavut. The following samples were collected:

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers parts of NTS 46J (Winter Island), 46K (Hurd Channel), 46L (Repulse Bay), 46N (Miertsching Lake), 46O, P (Barrow River) and 47A (Hall Lake), southern Melville Peninsula, Nunavut. The eastern edge of the study area is <15 km west of Foxe Basin. The centre of the study area is located approximately 155 km northeast of the hamlet of Naujaat (formerly Repulse Bay).
