Survey Description
Fieldwork on the Victoria Island property consisted of collecting regional heavy mineral samples in 1999 and larger repeat samples in 2000. This survey was conducted as a joint venture between Major General Minerals and Dia Met Minerals Ltd.
The samples were collected along fences approximately 3 km apart at a spacing of approximately 300 m. The survey was helicopter supported. Samples were sent to CF Mineral Research in Kelowna, British Columbia.
