Survey Description
During the 1994-1996 assessment period, a large scale reconnaissance till sampling program was carried out over eight neighbouring claim groups in the central Slave Province, western Nunavut. A total of 123 till samples were collected on the DHD claim group (NTS 76E/14, 15) and 97 till samples were collected on the JAK claim group (NTS 76E/9, 10, 15, 16).
The samples were collected by Canamera Geological Ltd. on behalf of Benachee Resources Inc. and Snowpipe Resources Ltd. The samples were processed for indicator minerals at Canamera’s North Vancouver laboratory.
The data can be found in Nunavut Assessment Reports 083730 (DHD) and 083721 (JAK).
