Survey Description
Stream sediments and waters were collected at 1,117 sites in southeast Yukon during the summer of 1995. Sample sites were distributed over the 6,330 km2 survey area at an average of one sample per 14.6 km2. Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples. The data are published in GSC Open File 3293.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers all of NTS 95D except the northeast corner where it bounds the Yukon-Northwest Territories border, and part of NTS 105A in southeastern Yukon. The sampled area in NTS 105A is bounded to the south by latitude 60.25° and there are no samples southwest of the Liard River.
