Survey Description
Stream sediment and water samples were collected at 623 sites in southwestern Yukon during the summer of 1993. Sample sites were distributed over the 7,825 km2 survey area at an average of one sample per 12.6 km2. Sample site duplicate samples were collected in each analytical block of twenty samples. The data are published in GSC Open File 2859.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers the northeast half of NTS 115A and the very northeast corner of 115B in southwestern Yukon. It is bounded to the west and southwest by Kluane National Park and Reserve of Canada.
