Survey Description
During the summer of 1985, helicopter and truck-supported stream sediment and water sampling was carried out in southern Yukon. Samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 13 km2 throughout the approximately 11 900 km2 survey area. Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples. The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 1219.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
