Survey Description

Helicopter-supported stream sediment and water sampling was carried out in central British Columbia during the summer of 1983.  Samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 13 km2.  Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples.  The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 1001/BC RGS 11.  The samples were reanalysed by INAA and republished as BC RGS 49.

This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
