Survey Description
During the summer of 1978, stream sediment and water samples were collected in a Helicopter-supported survey in southern Yukon Territory. The samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 13 km2. Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples. The data were published in GSC Open File 564 in 1979. The samples were reanalysed by AAS for additional elements and republished in GSC Open File 1290 in 1986.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
