Survey Description
Lake sediments were collected in 1976 in eastern Ontario. The data are published in GSC Open File 406. The lake sediment samples were reanalysed and republished in GSC Open File 899. Open File 899 also includes data for lake water samples collected in 1982. Many of the lakes sampled in 1982 correspond with lakes sampled for sediments only in 1976.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
