Description du levé
En 1978, des échantillons de sédiments fluviatiles et de sédiments de source ont été recueillis dans la région de Big Bald Mountain au nord du Nouveau-Brunswick. La fraction de -80 mailles des échantillons a été analysée par absorption atomique par Mineral Resources Branch (Nouveau-Brunswick) en utilisant une digestion d’acide nitrique chaud. Énergie atomique Canada Limitée a dosé pour l’uranium par l’activation neutronique retardée.
Les données sont présentées sur une série de clichés cartographique : MP 79-48a à g et MP 79-49a à g du Ministère des ressources naturelles du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Couvre la totalité de 21O/1 (Big Bald Mountain) du SNRC juste au nord dans 21O/8 (California Lake; 3 échantillons) au nord du Nouveau-Brunswick. Il est situé à environ 40 km à l’ouest de la ville de Miramichi et 50 km au sud-ouest d’Allardville.
